Role Overview:The Pharmacy Technician supports clinical operations and sterile compounding of infusion therapies under the supervision of a licensed pharmacist. This position plays a key role in preparing and managing medications used in complex care treatments.Key Responsibilities:Prepare sterile IV and infused medications in compliance with regulatory standardsApply knowledge of USP 797, USP 800, and state pharmacy board regulationsCoordinate medication shipments and patient care schedulesDocument and communicate clinical and logistical information across departmentsAccurately enter patient and prescription data into pharmacy systemsMaintain cleanroom standards and perform routine cleaning proceduresParticipate in quality assurance and performance improvement initiativesManage inventory, receive shipments, and prepare medication kits for deliverySupport formulary compliance and participate in inventory auditsObtain and maintain necessary state licensure or registration

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $26.00/hr.
