This position requires providing services to one or more age populations, including adolescent through geriatric, in a manner that demonstrates an understanding of the functional/developmental age of the individual served. This position requires full understanding and active participation in fulfilling the Mission of Blessing Hospital. It is expected that the employee demonstrate behavior consistent with the Core Values while supporting the strategic plan, goals, and direction of the Performance Improvement and Patient Safety Plan at Blessing Hospital.    JOB QUALIFICATIONS  Education/Training/Experience: REQUIRED: High School Diploma or Equivalent Good verbal communication skills C.N.A OR be of at least 16 years of age with an active C.N.A. certification. CNA certification in good standing on the Illinois Department of Public Health (IDPH) Healthcare Worker Registry PCA or SNA- Must have completed one of the following: Patient Care Experience Completed a C.N.A. Program Completed at least sophomore year of a nursing program (SNA) License/Certifications/Special Requirements: CNA certification in good standing on the Illinois Department of Public Health (IDPH) Healthcare Worker Registry (N/A for PCA or SNA)
