NEW LOCATION: Join Our Growing Team in Polk City! Currently seeking full-time Certified Nursing Assistant (CNAs) for day (6am-6pm) and night (6pm-6am) shifts in Polk City, Iowa. Must have an active Iowa CNA certification and a passion for supporting individuals with brain injuries, spinal cord, or neurological conditions. CNAs play a vital role in our person-centered care team, providing hands-on, meaningful support. Responsibilities of Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA): + Provide direct, personalized care under licensed nurse supervision. + Support persons served with activities of daily living (meals, hygiene, socializing). + Assist with transfers, including use of mechanical lifts. + Perform range of motion exercises as directed by therapy staff. + Complete and report safety checks and vital information to nursing staff. + Collaborate with a transdisciplinary rehabilitation team. + Help persons served achieve their highest quality of life.
