We are currently seeking a board certified/board-eligible Nurse-Midwife to join our team in Gettysburg, PA.

What you can expect at your practice:

Open to both new graduates and experienced Certified Nurse Midwives.Participate in a 24-hour call rotation with our four-midwife practice, including rounds and labor and delivery coverage at WellSpan Gettysburg Hospital (approximately 2-3 call shifts and 2 office days every 4 weeks).Must reside within 30 minutes of the hospital to ensure timely response to calls, because you won't be required to stay at the hospital when on-call unless needed. Provide individualized care to women across their lifespan, focusing on pregnancy, childbirth, and reproductive health.Midwives deliver an average of 24-27 babies per month, with physician backup available for C-sections and high-risk cases.Deliver 100% of babies unless C-sections or high-risk cases are involved, with physician support always available.
