This is not home health or in-home care; our CNAs work on-site in vibrant, hospitality-focused senior living environments, delivering personalized support to residents who value independence and dignity.
Position Summary:
As a Certified Nursing Assistant, you will provide essential care and companionship to residents in a community-based setting, supporting their independence while assisting with daily activities as outlined in individualized care plans. This role is ideal for CNAs who enjoy working in a structured, upscale environment with consistent access to residents and staff.
Key Responsibilities:
Follow individualized care plans and document care providedAssist with personal care: bathing, grooming, dressing, oral hygiene, toiletingSupport mobility and ambulation, including use of mechanical aidsAssist with meal delivery and feeding based on dietary needsProvide companionship and engage residents in meaningful activitiesAccompany residents to on-site or off-site appointments and eventsMonitor and report changes in condition to supervising staffTake and record vital signs, input/output, and other observationsMaintain a clean, safe, and healthy environment within the communityParticipate in in-service training and maintain confidentiality at all timesAdhere to HIPAA, Medicare/Medicaid, and agency policiesQualifications:
Current South Carolina CNA certificationCPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)Minimum 1 year of verifiable personal care experienceHigh school diploma or GEDReliable transportation to assigned community locationsAbility to read, write, and communicate effectively in EnglishMust be at least 18 years oldPhysical ability to lift, transfer, and assist residents as neededPreferred Traits:
