We are currently seeking a full time weekend package Certified Medication Aide. This position requires a Certified Medication Aide Certification prior to hire. This position will be regularly scheduled every weekend, Saturday and Sunday from 6am-10pm, for a total of 32 hours per week. This position also requires a holiday rotation (with special holiday pay). This position qualifies for our additional Weekend Package differential pay. IMPORTANT : Please note that our orientation process (typically up to 1 month) may require working days or shifts outside of what will be your permanent schedule. Our Certified Medication Aide (CMA) positions start at $18/hour for no experience, with our most experienced staffing making up to $26/hour. We pay a 9% differential on your experienced-based base wage for all hours worked between 2pm and 10pm, and 11% for all hours worked between 10pm and 6am. We do annual raises based on budget capacity, and you also have the opportunity for a discretionary bonus at your anniversary. We also offer a Hiring Bonus, paid in increments through your first 18 months of employment.
