The Clinical Associate (CMA) ensures the coordination, facilitation, and delivery of quality patient care at Sibley Memorial Hospital in support of members of the Sibley Physicians Group (SPG). Through skilled triage and assessment, education, collaboration and coordination of healthcare and community resources, the Clinical Associate assists patients to achieve optimum functional health status and quality of life. This position functions as a Medical Assistant for the Department of Gynecological Oncology Surgery & Gynecological Surgery.

Minimum Requirements:

High school graduate or equivalent. Medical Assistant certification required CPR training is required; basic life support training/certification. Three (3) years clinical experience of which at least one (1) year in oncology preferred.

Salary Range: Minimum 18.00/hour - Maximum 28.45/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility.

In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
