Overview

The Medical Assistant performs patient care and administrative/clerical related tasks and procedures based on training, education, and competency evaluations, and as delegated by and under the direction/supervision of the Physician, Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant (NP/PA), Registered Nurse (RN), or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN).

REQUIREMENTS - Certification for MA - REQUIRED (see types of Certifications below)- previous MA experience STRONGLY PREFERRED - capable of providing above-average customer service, great TEAMWORK- DEPENDABLE - at work on time for scheduled hours andfunctions in a high capacity

Education
High School or Equivalent

CERTIFICATION/ LICENSURE - (ONE) REQUIRED
Certified Medical Assistant (CMA), Registered Medical Assistant (RMA), Certified Clinical Medical Assistant (CCMA), EMT Basic Certification (EMT) within the state(s) of practice.

We provide market-competitive compensation packages, inclusive of base pay, incentives, and benefits. The base pay rate for Full Time employment is:$16.92 - $25.38. Additional compensation may be available for this role such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
