Job Title: Certified Medical AssistantJob Description Join our dynamic healthcare team as a Certified Medical Assistant, providing essential support to physicians and healthcare providers. You will perform both administrative and clinical tasks, ensuring the smooth operation of patient scheduling, medical records maintenance, and assisting with examinations and procedures. Responsibilities + Assist providers with patient care and clinical tasks. + Perform routine clinical procedures such as taking vital signs, preparing patients for examinations, and assisting with setting up rooms for procedures. + Maintain accurate patient records using the EPIC charting system. + Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and standards. + Provide excellent patient care and customer service. + Travel between clinics as required, with no weekend or on-call duties. Essential Skills + Certified Medical Assistant with MA-C required. + Valid WA MA license for locals only. + Proficiency in EPIC charting system preferred. + Ability to float between clinics and adapt to different work environments. + Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Must hold a valid WA MA license. + Ability to travel with reliable transportation. + Local candidates within a 50-mile radius are required. Work Environment Work in a variety of shifts, all 5x8 hours, starting at 7:30 am, 8:00 am, or 8:30 am, ending at 5:30 pm. Enjoy a supportive work environment with no weekend or on-call duties, and the opportunity to travel between clinics. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $29.00 - $29.00/hr.
