What you'll do as: Certified Medical Assistant

Prepare exam rooms and assist physicians during examinationsTake and record vital signs, medical histories, and patient concernsSterilize medical instruments and maintain a clean clinical environmentEducate patients on procedures, medications, and general health topicsSchedule patient appointments and manage medical records

Work Experience

The preferred candidate might:

Completion of an accredited Medical Assistant programCurrent CMA certification (AAMA, NHA, or equivalent)Minimum 1 year of experience in a clinical setting preferredStrong communication and organizational skillsProficient with electronic medical records (EMR) systems
