Position Summary

 

We are seeking a caring, reliable, and professional Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) to provide personal care, companionship, and assistance with activities of daily living for clients in their homes.

 

Responsibilities

 

Assist clients with personal care, including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and mobility. Provide companionship and emotional support. Help with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and errands as needed. Monitor and report changes in client’s condition to the supervising nurse. Follow care plans and agency protocols.

 

Schedule & Pay

 

Flexible shifts: Day, evening, overnight, and weekend options available. Competitive hourly pay: $19 to $21 per hour, depending on experience. Additional pay incentives are available depending on case type and shift timing. Mobile time tracking and care notes, employees can easily clock in and out for work right from a mobile device. Online or offline.

Requirements

 

Active New Jersey CHHA certification (required). Current physical, PPD/TB test. Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license, willingness to travel to clients’ homes. Ability to work independently and with compassion. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
