Certification Sales Head

JOB DESCRIPTION

 

We are seeking a seasoned and target-oriented Certification Sales Head to lead our certification business across India. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 15 years of experience in certification sales, especially in schemes such as NOP, BRCGS, NPOP, ISO (22000), FSSC, and GFSI. This role requires a strategic leader who can generate revenue independently, prepare an Annual Operating Plan (AOP), and ensure consistent achievement of AOP targets across the region.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement a comprehensive Annual Operating Plan (AOP) with defined sales targets, growth strategies, and action plans. Take ownership of individual revenue generation targets alongside team targets. Build and drive a high-performance certification sales team across India. Monitor, manage, and ensure achievement of both personal and team AOPs. Identify and convert high-potential opportunities across certification verticals including NOP, BRCGS, NPOP,  ISO, FSSC, and GFSI-recognized schemes. Establish and maintain long-term relationships with clients and industry stakeholders. Provide regular sales forecasts, pipeline reviews, and performance analysis to senior management. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction. Track market dynamics, regulatory updates, and competitor moves to fine-tune sales strategies.
