Duties & Responsibilities:

Make sure all application document are complete and identical when needed To issue GS/CB/NF/ and other Certificates Pre-check all application document provided by applicant is correct. Make sure relevant information are consistent. Transfer the completed reviewed documents to certification reviewer. Acting as a communication bridge between the Certifiers/certification reviewers and the operation teams. Prepare and check draft certificate and upload the application documents on time. Submit certificate documents to France and down load certificates and send to CS correctly. Communicating with the certification bodies regarding the non-technical problems during the certification process. Other administration work that assigned by certifier or manager.

 

Skills and Requirements:

Bachelor degree, 1 year of working experience. Strong teamwork spirits and communication skill. Initiative and independence in solving problems and developing methods. Fluent in English speaking and writing(CET – 4 or above) Careful and pressure-bearing
