Job DescriptionEurofins Food Safety Systems provides globally recognized, accredited auditing and certification services that are focused on process optimization, risk reduction, and brand reinforcement. Services provide customized, strategic evaluations designed specifically to solve industry challenges and promote informed, unbiased business decisions. Key Position Responsibilities:
Client on-boarding and schedule audits - plan audits 6 – 12 months in advance when possible; verify and monitor client expiry dates and contact with ample time to begin scheduling next audit/task; schedule audits including planning re-certification audits and surveillance audits.Provide best possible trips, working with customers and auditors on audit datesCreate proposals for current customers, if neededSet audits up in various software programs and provide checklist to auditors and to customersSend confirmation emails and audit plans to customers and auditor assignment forms to auditors; follow-up to assure receipt of necessary documentation.Requesting customers register for desired accredited software, and complete registration, if necessaryEnsure post audit reports and documentation is received on time and filed in the appropriate placesFollow audit reports through the technical review processIssue final reports and certificates to customersFollow up customer service contact after the certification process is closed outAnalyze customer data for trends and trackabilityAnswering a multi-line phone system, must provide exceptional customer serviceKeep records in software system of customer interactions; recording details of inquiries, complaints, or comments, as well as actions taken. Ensure all certification scheme/scope requirements are being metCustomer issue resolution and escalationEssential Duties:

Administration and Management — Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, human resources modeling, leadership technique, production methods, and coordination of people and resources. Customer and Personal Service — Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.Technical – Knowledge of food safety certification scheme requirements, food product and management system accreditation requirements, quality management systemsQualifications
Education/Experience:
BS degree in food related or relative experience preferred; High School Diploma requiredProficient with ExcelAdditional preferences:
Experience with scheduling in the audit and certification industry preferredHACCP Training, PCQIAbility and/or Skills (BMQ):
