Cerner Millennium PharmNet Analyst
CTG is seeking a highly skilled **Cerner Millennium PharmNet Analyst** with hands-on build and support experience. This role is responsible for the analysis, design, build, implementation, and ongoing support of the PharmNet application within the Cerner Millennium platform. The ideal candidate will bring both technical expertise and clinical knowledge to optimize pharmacy workflows, ensure patient safety, and enhance medication management across the healthcare enterprise. **Location:** Remote **Duration:** 2 years **Duties:** + Perform system analyses, design, build, testing, and implementation of Cerner Millennium PharmNet functionality. + Provide ongoing application support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution for pharmacy-related workflows. + Collaborate with pharmacists, clinicians, and IT staff to gather requirements and translate clinical needs into technical solutions. + Configure and maintain medication dictionaries, formularies, order sets, clinical decision support rules, and integration with other Cerner modules. + Participate in system upgrades, patches, and optimization projects. + Develop and execute test scripts for new builds, enhancements, and system changes. + Monitor system performance, data integrity, and medication-related workflows to ensure compliance with regulatory and safety standards. + Provide end-user training, education, and support for pharmacy staff and clinicians. + Serve as a liaison between pharmacy leadership and IT to align system capabilities with organizational goals. + Document system configurations, workflows, and change requests in accordance with governance standards. **Skills:** + Strong understanding of inpatient and/or outpatient pharmacy workflows, medication ordering, dispensing, and administration. + Experience with Cerner Millennium PharmNet build, configuration, and support. + Knowledge of medication dictionaries, formulary management, order sets, and clinical decision support within Cerner. + Familiarity with healthcare regulations and standards (e.g., Joint Commission, HIPAA, ISMP). + Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills. + Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced healthcare environment. **Experience:** + Minimum of 3–5 years of hands-on Cerner Millennium PharmNet build and support experience. + Preferred: experience integrating PharmNet with other Cerner Millennium modules (PowerChart, SurgiNet, RadNet). + Prior involvement in large-scale EHR implementations, upgrades, or optimization projects is a plus. + Project management or change management experience preferred. + Previous healthcare IT or pharmacy informatics leadership experience is a plus. **Education:** + Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) required. Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required. The expected base salary for this position ranges from $75.00 to $85.00/hour. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained.
