Job Description Insight Global is seeking an experienced Cerner/Oracle Health Charge Services Analyst to join our team on a 3-month remote contract supporting a large consulting client in assisting a hospital system in Michigan. This role focuses on optimizing charge services workflows and performing system build, break, and fix tasks within the Cerner Millennium environment. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Charge Services and a working knowledge of the entire revenue cycle process. Key Responsibilities Include: - Analyze and improve existing charge capture workflows within Cerner Millennium. - Perform build, break, and fix work in the Charge Services module. - Collaborate with revenue cycle stakeholders to identify and resolve system issues. - Ensure compliance with hospital policies and regulatory requirements. - Provide recommendations for workflow enhancements and system optimization. - Support testing, validation, and implementation of system changes. - Document changes and provide knowledge transfer to internal teams.
