The CEP Business Execution lead is responsible for accomplishing results and drives the overall administrative activities of the business. These tasks may include managing external audits, business continuity activities or addressing regulatory issues. The Business Unit Manager coordinates and manages activities such as the tracking of business financials, employee headcount and other administrative needs and ad hoc projects as necessary.

Responsibilities:

Provide leadership and promote business ties with senior leaders across key businesses, regions, and support functionsRepresent the Markets Business in forums / committees as requiredFacilitate Senior Management engagement in the decision-making process where appropriateAddress operational queries from and to desks and act as point of contact for local functional partners (Compliance, Legal, Operations, Finance, etc)Drive change management, including business and regulatory initiatives.Platform Management, including financials monitoring, planning, technology stack, continuity of business, etcEstablish and govern Risk and Controls across the businessIdentify opportunities to optimize costs, propose initiatives and lead creation of direct expense plans in partnership with internal functions and teams

Qualifications:

Proven experience in financial servicesPrior experience in a business management or in-business risk & control role requiredExperience working in global and complex settings with multiple stakeholdersKnowledge of the financial services industryProven ability to work in a team of diverse skill sets and culturesProven ability to work in high-pressure, time-sensitive environmentsConsistently demonstrate clear and concise written and verbal communication

Education:

Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experienceMaster's degree preferred
