Manage senior stakeholder and sponsor relationships, via effective written and verbal communicationsIndependently and proactively overcome obstacles to success, deal with uncertainty and changing circumstances, such as interdependencies, opportunities or risksTrack manage project progress comprehensively including scope, budget, timeline, risks, issues, dependencies, assumptions and benefits / outcome realizationProactive provide comprehensive updates, taking ownership of any assigned plan for the entire teamDesign, establish and maintain project governance, including clear sponsorship, tollgates and steering committee, in accordance to Change FrameworkManage efficient utilisation of resource and project costs, within allocated budgetBuild and maintain a reputation for reliable, efficient and effective delivery of business solutionsAccelerate delivery of projects by identifying and executing simplification opportunities

Solid experience working in change environment across strategy, design, initiation and deliveryIndustry experience in large complex organization, implementing major organisational change and business transformation projects for banking industryDemonstrable experience of independent stakeholder management at a senior level, especially impactful communication, influencing and running project governanceExcellent understanding of Change Framework, Agile methodologies and best practiceStrong understanding of banking / HSBC and understanding of how change drives benefits for HSBC, its customers and other stakeholdersStrong people manager and broad experience in managing large teams of different work streamsImplementation, change management and benefits realization. A driver with bias towards delivery at pace and controlling project outcomesCantonese language skills beneficial but not a must
