The Program The Presidential Associate (PA) Summer Internship Program is part of the larger CEO Global Presidential Program. The full-time program is an intensive, 18-month rotational program specially designed for early career candidates after their undergraduate studies. Before this, the Estée Lauder Companies offers rising seniors the opportunity to participate in the Summer Internship Program between their junior and senior years of their undergraduate program. The 10-week Summer Internship Program offers participants challenging and engaging experiences within critical business functions, working under the guidance and sponsorship of a key executive. Data Analytics Track The Data Analytics track focuses on the evolving role of data insights and analytics in our consumer growth and marketing strategies. The Data Analytics PA will rotate through various technically challenging roles with a focus on data science, data analytics, and customer relationship management. These roles will represent a cross section of global and regional perspectives.
