The Program
The Senior Presidential Associate (SrPA) Program is part of the larger CEO Global Presidential Program. It is an intensive, 24-month rotational program consisting of four six-month rotations designed for impending graduates of Master’s and MBA programs.
This leadership development program integrates customized and diverse professional rotations with continuous development, strength-based coaching, mentoring, group networking opportunities, and strategic thinking initiatives to accelerate professional growth. We engage the participants' creativity, learning agility, and innovation to create bespoke experiences that attract, develop, and retain ELC’s next generation of leaders.
Global Supply Chain Track
The Global Supply Chain track focuses on areas including manufacturing, planning, sourcing, and distribution. The Global Supply Chain SrPA will gain exposure to strategic sourcing, tactical purchasing, logistics, supplier quality, global planning, and production scheduling.

How Does the SrPA Program Help Participants Succeed?
Support From Leaders
Program and rotation managers who will provide guidance and mentorship
Immediate exposure to senior leadership

Full week of developmental education in between first two rotations
Strengths-based individual coaching throughout your time in the program
Post-Program Placement
Upon successful completion of the program, SrPAs are considered for Manager-level roles at ELC. This placement is based on existing business needs, the SrPA’s evaluations, rate of development, contribution, and previous work experience.
**Qualifications**
Qualifications/Requirements
Currently pursuing a Master's or MBA degree with a graduation date between December 2025 and August 2026 with under five years full-time non-internship work experience between undergraduate and graduate studies
Relevant internship or work experience
Demonstrated record of achievement as well as strong interpersonal skills and leadership skills
Global exposure/study abroad is a plus
Ability to relocate to New York City

Compensation
The salary range for this position is $100,000-110,000.
