The Program The Presidential Management Associate (PMA) Program is part of the larger CEO Global Presidential Program. It is an intensive, 24-month rotational program consisting of four six-month rotations designed for impending graduates of MBA programs. This leadership development program integrates customized and diverse professional rotations with continuous development, strength-based coaching, mentoring, group networking opportunities, and strategic thinking initiatives to accelerate professional growth. We engage the participants' creativity, learning agility, and innovation to create bespoke experiences that attract, develop, and retain ELC’s next generation of leaders.  Finance The Finance track provides customized rotations across Global Brands, Regional Finance, and Corporate Finance, that will enable participants to gain hands-on experience in key financial functions. Key focus areas include Financial Planning & Analysis, Financial Accounting & Controllership, and New Business Development. Sample Rotations: + Global Brand FP&A – Estee Lauder Brand + North America Finance – Hair Care Cluster + Global Value Chain Finance (Supply Chain and R&D) How Does the PMA Program Help Participants Succeed? Support From Leaders + Program and rotation managers who will provide guidance and mentorship + Immediate exposure to senior leadership + Informal and formal feedback Developmental Programs + Intensive three-week onboarding program + Regularly scheduled capability building programs + Full week of developmental education in between first two rotations + Strengths-based individual coaching throughout your time in the program Post-Program Placement Upon successful completion of the program, PMAs are considered for Director-level roles at ELC. This placement is based on existing business needs, the PMA’s evaluations, rate of development, contribution, and previous work experience. **Qualifications** Qualifications/Requirements + Currently pursuing an MBA degree with a graduation date between December 2025 and August 2026 with over five years full-time non-internship work experience between undergraduate and graduate studies + Relevant prior work experience + Demonstrated record of achievement as well as strong interpersonal skills and leadership skills + Global exposure/study abroad is a plus + Ability to relocate to New York City Work Authorization + Please note the CEO Global Presidential Program does not offer sponsorship + We require permanent US work authorization at the time of application, without restriction, for all PMA candidates.
