Airswift is looking for a Regional CEO to work with one of our clients in the crypto and fintech sector in São Paulo, Brazil. This is a senior leadership role responsible for expanding operations into Brazil, shaping the regional strategy, and leading execution in a highly dynamic and evolving market. The ideal candidate brings strong executive experience in crypto, fintech, or financial services, with a deep understanding of regional regulatory frameworks and a proven track record in strategic leadership.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead and execute the strategic expansion into Brazil’s crypto and financial services market.

Represent the company as a regional executive and primary liaison with institutional partners, regulators, and stakeholders.

Develop and own the vision and regional strategy, ensuring alignment with global objectives.

Build and manage high-performing regional teams across operations, compliance, and business development.

Navigate and influence the evolving regulatory environment in Brazil and the broader Latin American market.

Ensure financial and operational excellence through strong governance, metrics-driven decision-making, and innovation.

Act as the face of the company in the region, fostering credibility, trust, and long-term growth opportunities.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

10+ years of executive leadership experience within crypto, fintech, or financial services.

Strong understanding of Brazilian regulatory and tax environments, with experience operating a company in Brazil.

Proven ability to define and execute strategic growth initiatives in complex and emerging markets.

Demonstrated success in scaling organizations and building agile, cross-functional teams.

Data-driven mindset with the ability to make informed decisions in fast-paced, high-stakes environments.

Outstanding communication and negotiation skills for engaging with internal and external stakeholders.

Fluency in Portuguese and English is required; Spanish is a plus.
