概要：

マーサージャパン株式会社　社長直下のCEOオフィスにて、社長ならびに日本国内およびアジアリージョンにおけるマーシュマクレナン内の各分野のリーダーと社内横断的に連携し、戦略的事業施策の立案と実行を支援します。本ポジションは、戦略立案、M&A、マーケット分析、組織開発など、経営上の高い影響力を持つプロジェクトに携わる貴重な機会を提供します。事業拡大に伴い、戦略的思考と分析力、問題解決能力を備えた優秀な人材を募集しています。

We will count on you to(主な職務):

市場調査や競合分析、プロジェクト調整を通じて戦略的意思決定を支援する。パートナーシップ交渉やアライアンス管理などの事業開発活動をサポートする。M&Aや戦略的投資のデューデリジェンスに協力する。新サービスやソリューションの企画・開発・ローンチを支援する。業務上の課題を特定し、効率化やプロセス改善の提案と実行を行う。複数部門と連携し、プロジェクトの円滑な推進を図るとともに、シニアリーダーシップの戦略立案や報告資料作成を支援する。

What you need to have(必要なスキル・資格):

論理的思考力と問題解決能力。英語と日本語の両方で優れたコミュニケーションスキル（ビジネスレベル）。複雑なデータを分析し、実践的な洞察を導き出す能力。コンサルティング、戦略立案、M&Aの実務経験（2〜3年）を有すること。複数の優先事項を管理し、迅速に対応できる能力。
