The Center Manager will oversee the daily operations of the center, whose primary purpose of the role is to balance the needs of our employees, our customers, and our company in the development of business strategies and policies. One key responsibility is the development and mentoring of program managers and project leaders to ensure a healthy business and a good working environment with strong employee engagement. Ceneter Manager should ensure smooth functioning, customer satisfaction, and efficient resource management. This role involves strategic planning, staff supervision, and meeting performance goals. The ideal candidate will have over 20 years of experience, a proven track record in handling ODMs in Taiwan and the ability to lead large teams, expand business, support local hiring, and set up office operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage Operations: Oversee all aspects of the center, including budgeting, staffing, and programming.Customer Management: Oversee customer service operations to ensure high levels of satisfaction and engagement.ODM Management: Coordinate and manage relationships with ODMs, ensuring quality and timely delivery of products and services.Staff Management: Hire, train, and manage staff members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.Stakeholder Relations: Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders and partners, including ODMs.Compliance: Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.Team Leadership: Lead and motivate large teams to achieve operational goals and deliver outstanding serviceBusiness Development: Identify and pursue opportunities for business growth and expansion.Local Hiring: Support hiring from the local market to build a strong, community-focused team.Work Experience
15 to 20 years of experience in a management or supervisory role within a service-oriented environment.Proven ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve operational goals and deliver outstanding service.Extensive experience in handling ODMs in Taiwan, with a deep understanding of the local market and industry dynamics.Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Fluency in Taiwanese Mandarin or HokkienExperience in business development and expansion.Ability to support local hiring and build a focused team.
