Your mission, roles and responsibilities Your profile and competencies to succeed TEO- Participación activa en la implementacion del sistema TEO de toda la red MX / USA dentro del scope correspondiente (Operación Transporte)
- Gestion y envio de FO y FSD a los diferentes transportes y apoyar en los problemas que se relacionen con el correcto envio de la informacion del sistema.
- Reportes de sistema y analisis de datos para detectar areas de oportunidad y mejoras- Creación y actualizacion de schedules FTL/ AIR/ SEA- Reportes del sistema y analisis de datos para detectar areas de oportunidad y mejoras.- Generar acciones de ahorro con la optimización de rutas.- Implemetacion de nuevos tipos de transporte en TEO.- Elaborar los reportes que sean requeridos en el área, por el N+1 y/u otro departamento que requiera informacion para el desarrollo de sus actividades.- Actualización de DL para el envio de FO/FSD.- Capacitacion en E4P para transferencia de información a TEO.- Responsable de levantar tickets para las diferentes plataformas(TEO/E4P) OPERACION- Coordinación de requerimientos de planta para la creación de nuevas rutas de acuerdo a la mejor cadena logistica, los recursos disponibles y tiempos de transito, factibilidad y costo.
- Cotizar y ejecutar previa autorización Exceptional & Expedite Freights (USFR), gestionados a través de la plataforma seleccionada por el Grupo.
- Analisis de datos y amplio criterio para tomar decisiones ante problemas de la operación.
- Coordinar y programar con los involucrados la correcta aplicación y optimizacion de rutas semanales.
- Revisar costos adicionales por overflows en las rutas de las plantas.
- Coordinar con actores involucrados en la cadena de suministro acciones para atacar temas que representen problema / reto / área de oportunidad a la red de transportacion de las plantas FCM NAO.
- Escalar a n+1 ó área correspondiente problemas actuales y potenciales durante todo el proceso de transporte y notificar los mismos a plantas.
- Proponer acciones / contramedidas a problemas potenciales o ya identificados.
