Central Retail Operations Manager
Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and results-driven Retail Operations Manager to join our Crocs EMEA retail headquarters team. This role supports the Retail Operations Director by supervising Inventory Management, Retail Systems, Compliance and ensuring that all vital programs and procedures are in place to enable operational excellence within our stores. Among other operational responsibilities, you will assist retail operations by crafting and driving Store Process, leading all aspects of 3rd Party Vendors, and crafting Work Force Management tools and reporting, this will support the business to deliver the best customer and employee  experience in each market.

What You'll Do Develop, document, and implement standardized operating procedures across all retail locations. Ensure consistent implementation of brand standards and operational guidelines to improve efficiency and enhance the in-store experience. Supervise and carry out compliance with local laws, health and safety regulations, and internal policies. Conduct regular audits and provide mentorship to store teams to ensure full adherence and mitigate operational risks. Lead the implementation and continuous improvement of SLM tools to optimize scheduling and labor productivity. Analyze workforce data to align staffing with business needs while maintaining compliance with labor laws. Be responsible for inventory accuracy, shrinkage control, and replenishment processes across all stores. Collaborate with supply chain and merchandising teams to ensure optimal stock levels and product availability. Identify, design, and implement operational improvements that improve store performance and customer satisfaction. Drive cross-functional initiatives that streamline workflows and reduce inefficiencies. Maintain relationships with external service providers that support the efficient management of stores and people. Negotiate contracts, supervise performance, and ensure service levels meet operational standards. Support the deployment, maintenance, and optimization of retail systems including but limited to,  POS, WFM, and inventory tools. Act as a key liaison between store teams and IT to troubleshoot issues and implement system improvements. What You'll Bring to the Table Bachelor’s degree in Business, Retail Management, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail operations, with a focus on multi-store management and process & infrastructure optimization within the EMEA region. Validated experience in a retail operations role, with a strong focus on communications management Strong analytical, interpersonal and numerical skills combined with close attention to detail Good general understanding of retail environment and systems; Excellent written and verbal communication in English Strong Digital literacy, especially with Excel & PowerPoint Excellent knowledge of retail systems, particularly in communication tools. Software knowledge of ‘Zipline’ and ‘Kronos’ is a plus. Excellent capabilities in common Microsoft Software Tools. Strong analytical skills with the ability to use retail KPIs for performance improvement. Knowledge of Power BI is a plus. Outstanding organization and multitasking abilities. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and lead vendor relationships effectively
