Job DescriptionWHAT'S THE JOB?
Reporting to the Director, Operational Support and the Client Reservations Analyst, the successful candidate will manage reservations for all client camp assets. This position will appeal to individuals who are collaborative in their approach, problem solvers, creative, flexible, self-motivated, results oriented, detailed and who want to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Reservation Assistant will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following duties:
Reservations:
Reservation system is maintained effectivelyMonitor and manage site availabilityMaintain and organize reservation mailboxes and queue requestsEnter room requests into property management softwareManage and notify the front desks of time off requestsCheck “No Show” reports and send out No-Show emailsMaintain all camp distribution listsAssist front desks with internal transfersInnfinity logging if support issues occurRespond to client room requests/inquires in a timely mannerOther Duties:
Field calls related to room reservations from the Camp Front Desks and the Client RepresentativesResponsible for adhoc projects as requiredComplete tasks outlined by the Reservations AnalystQualificationsWHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
Must be legally entitled to work in CanadaAdvanced Innfinity - property management software experience considered an assetAdvanced MS Office (Excel)Works effectively in a fast-paced environment and within defined timelinesAbility to work independently, within a team, and multi-taskStrong attention to detailAbility to manage competing prioritiesExperience working with front desk tasksProactive problem solverStrong Business AcumenExcellent analytical, time management and organizational skillsExcellent verbal, written and presentation skills5+ years of relevant experience in camp or hospitality managementTravel to the field is required during peak project times.
