Location: This role will be onsite at our Carmel, Indiana Headquarters daily.

We’re Looking For:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Central Processing Supervisor with a strong background in customer service and administrative management. In this role, you will lead the AFC Central Processing team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and providing exemplary financial services to both internal and external stakeholders. You will oversee the maintenance of established accounts, guaranteeing accuracy and responsiveness in all financial transactions.

You Will:

Supervise and support a team of Central Processing Specialists, providing guidance and training as needed.

Oversee data entry, loan processing, payment processing, and customer support activities to ensure accuracy and efficiency.

Maintain a high standard of service delivery, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and courteously.

Manage document routing and bank reconciliation processes to uphold financial integrity.

Act as a catalyst for innovation and improvement within the department, continuously seeking opportunities to enhance processes and systems.

Who You Will Work With:

As the Central Processing Supervisor, you will report directly to the Central Processing Manager and collaborate closely with field branch associates, relationship managers, and other corporate departments. Your leadership will be instrumental in maintaining effective communication and workflow between various stakeholders.

Must-Haves:

5+ years experience in Administrative tasks and/or management 

Experience or aptitude to grow into supervisory or managerial roles, preferably within a financial or administrative setting.

Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to oversee multiple tasks simultaneously.

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, coupled with proficiency in standard office software and financial systems.

Demonstrated ability to resolve complex issues and adapt to changing priorities.

Nice-to-Haves:

Post-secondary education or relevant certifications in finance, business administration, or a related field.

Familiarity with automotive or finance industry practices, concepts, and procedures.

Proficiency in Google Office tools and other relevant software applications.
