Central Maintenance Manager
Job Description

On Site: This position requires to work on site on a full-time basis

What you will do?

-Lead i DLA, CHARM, Control Rooms, Predictive, Maximo and RCM among shops

-Ahead of eTools, ChBot, AI, Dianalytic and AI applications to improve overall assets performance effectiveness

- Coordinate & asses WSS & PS comply related with Maintenance Skilled Trades for HR tasks among assembly shops

- Coach and asses GMS CI 14 Calibration among Maintenance Organizations. Promote RCM methodology.

- Lead and Coordinate efforts for maintenance org in regards GLP

- Develop and deploy Cost Optimization for manufacturing assets OEM’s services, spare parts and technical support

 - Support maintenance orgs over lifetime and sustainability for plant key equipment and manufacturing assets.

- Lead the maintenance and repair of plant equipment and facilities
 -  Sets strategy and implements solutions to problems and sets schedule and quality requirements
 -  Complies with the terms of local and national labor agreements
 - Implements divisional and corporate policies, safety and good housekeeping practices
 -  Frequent collaboration with others outside of the work group
 -  Communicates with plant and staffs
 -  Responsible for the effective use of personnel, material and equipment
 -  Leads in the selection of new employees. Trains, develops and evaluates employees
 -  Establishes a course of action to accomplish completion of the job and/or project and proven ability to manage multiple and significantly complex projects and assignments with the highest level of autonomy and accountability for results
 -  Demonstrates initiative by reaching beyond work assigned to improve output and/or help others
 -  Validated ability in project management skills and ability to teach others and shown desire and ability to manage/coach performance of direct reports
 - Responsible for creating budgets and forecasts within assigned area
 -  Obtains a deep knowledge and ability to implement GMS principles.

Required Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s Degree: Mechanical Engineer, Electrical Engineer, Mechatronic Engineer and all Engineering related.

-Required experience in similar position: from 5 to 7 years.

-English Level: Advanced.

- Key Skills:IA, CHARM

-This position requires the ability to legally operate motor vehicle on a regular basis
