Role PurposeThis position is responsible for the coordination with functional of transportation, delivery to assure operational run smoothly. Therefore, supervise in responsibility area which defined by superior such working station of receiving, encoding, sorting, DIM scanning, loading and return shipment from depots or any additional task assign by superior.

Ensure unloading product from customer’s premise and/or depots with safety and caring while moving to operational work floor.Ensure an accuracy number of product receiving feed product in operational floor to the right station as operational procedure saying. Ensure staff on each station complete their job correctlySupervise staff on operational floor, to make sure clearly understanding on the processEnsure machine and equipment is ready to run operationallyImplement a test run an equipment before time of exactly start operational on daily basisEnsure sorting product to the right depots/destinationEnsure completion of loading to shuttle truck within time lineCorporate and work with safety officer in term of safety issue in the operational floorCorporate and work with security officer regarding security issueCorporate and work with customer service to support customer’s successfulImplement the contingency plan if necessary as rule and regulation mentionedMust be able to work extended hours as assigned by superiorMust be flexible to work various shifts, weekends, or irregular shiftsPeople - Management
Preparation the staff’s working shift scheduleCoaching and training staff whether in class or on the job training.Establish the KPI to staff, achievement and to align with central hub’s goal.Complete staff evaluationProvide development plan for staff as per dimension career pathSkills/Qualification
3-5 years experienced for supervisory levelDegree or Diploma (preferable)Leadership: Able to lead team to achieve the functional goal. To drive and manage staff motivationCoaching and mentoring: Able to advice and coach well staff in responsible area to clearly understand company objectiveCommunication: clearly communication to team whatever such policy, procedure, and cross functionally etcTeamwork: Works cooperatively with others to achieve target and objectivePlanning & Organizing: Plan and organize operational functional the work station with a suitably resourcesResults Orientation: Able to achieve the KPIs as set up by superior and drive the team to be accomplishedP&L: Efficiencies mange overtime, consumable materials, utility, zero damage and missing, be participated team in term of all aspects related to cost management.Willing to work night shift
