**직무 설명:**
**Job Summary**
The Officer – Hub Operations is responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of daily warehouse and logistics activities, including inventory management, package handling, bonded shipment processing, and customer communication. This role requires proactive coordination with internal teams, vendors, and customers to maintain high standards of operational efficiency, compliance, and service delivery. The Officer will also support export operations and arrange special transportation for oversized or multiple-package deliveries.
**Email Management** : Monitor and respond to internal and external inquiries on UPS package status, ensuring timely updates and resolution within 24 hours.
**Warehouse Inventory Systems Update** : Perform daily inventory updates using UPS systems, ensuring accurate recording of all inbound and outbound movements, and reporting discrepancies.
**Truck Operations** : Oversee unloading, loading, and segregation of packages by destination, priority, and category, while inspecting for damages or shortages.
**Cash on Delivery (COD) Management** : Prepare, print, and securely attach COD invoices to packages, maintaining complete and accurate COD records.
**Bonded Delivery Coordination** : Liaise with vendors and customers for bonded deliveries, ensuring timely movement and compliance with customs requirements.
**Customs Documentation** : Prepare and attach customs documents for released bonded goods, ensuring full compliance with SOPs and regulations.
**Export Operations Support** : Assist with key entry, scanning, and truck loading for export shipments, ensuring accuracy in documentation and process adherence.
**Transportation Arrangement** : Coordinate transportation for direct delivery packages, especially for multiple-package or oversized shipments, ensuring proper handling and communication with all parties.
**Qualifications**
+ SPM or Diploma in Logistics Management, Supply Chain, or a related field.
+ Proven experience in administrative, operational, or front-desk roles.
+ Strong organizational and time-management skills.
+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
+ Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
+ Experience in logistics or warehousing operations is an added advantage.
