Job DescriptionThe CEMEA Policy Strategy Manager will design and execute strategies to engage governments and international bodies across the CEMEA region. Responsibilities include policy advocacy initiatives on topics such as Pricing, Localization and Digital Public Infrastructure, driving cross functional campaigns to support in country efforts (e.g., capability building, educational campaigns with government), and generating influential thought leadership).
The ideal candidate brings a strategic mindset, critical thinking, strong stakeholder management skills, and the ability to operate and execute effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Lead advocacy on central policy topics, working both cross-functionally and with market leads.
Produce high impact thought leadership materials (e.g., playbooks, advocacy memos, research briefs) that inform internal stakeholders and external partners.
Initiate new strategic projects on topics that include Pricing, Localization and Digital Public Infrastructure.
Monitor and interpret relevant political, economic, and regulatory developments, providing actionable insights to leadership.
Work closely across functions (Legal, Communications, etc.) to launch new campaigns.
This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager.
QualificationsBasic Qualifications
5 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or at least 2 years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 0 years of work experience with a PhDPreferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Political Science, International Relations, Economics,Business, or related field. An MBA is an asset but not required.Strategy and/or policy experience within a multinational environment.Experience working with government and/or international organization clients.Fluency in English.
