You'll lead data-driven improvements, own the integrity of the Cell Data Collection System, and act as the go-to expert for troubleshooting and problem-solving. By building team capability and ensuring compliance with GMP and EHS standards, you’ll play a key role in achieving our site’s performance objectives. Join us if you want to make the difference. **YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES** + Optimize cell performance to meet output and quality targets. + Lead root cause analysis and resolve chronic process losses. + Own and improve key systems like Optimum Settings and Changeover Management. + Define process standards and coach teams on best practices. + Analyze data and support action plans to reduce losses. + Ensure compliance with GMP, EHS, and company standards.
