As a Cell Maintenance Expert, you'll lead preventive maintenance efforts, eliminate breakdown-related losses, and collaborate with the rest of the team to achieve top performance. Join us if you want to make the difference. **YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES** + Drive performance to meet and exceed site objectives, including annual packaging cell output and quality KPIs, by optimizing cell resources. + Actively participate in Daily Performance Dialogue (PD) meetings and ensure effective execution of the daily operational plan. + Lead initiatives to reduce both planned and unplanned downtime, delivering breakthrough results in equipment reliability. + Own and manage Daily Improvement Systems within the cell, such as Defect Management, Maintenance Planning, and Breakdown Management. + Serve as a technical coach by training, mentoring, and developing the cell team to build maintenance and operational capabilities. + Support the development and execution of the cell’s Quarterly Action Plans to align with broader site goals. + Ensure full compliance with current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP), Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) standards, and internal company guidelines.
