As a Cell Leader in the Packing Department, you will help manage daily logistics operations by organizing tasks, supporting your team, and ensuring high-quality work while following procedures. You will be the main contact for your team and help maintain smooth workflows and communication with other departments.

This position is part of the Value stream Outbound located in Medemblik and will be on-site. At Cytiva, our vision is, to advance future therapeutics from discovery to delivery.

What you will do:

Administrative Tasks:

Update SQDIP reports & weekly team planningHandle emails and manage packing documentsReport and hand over the daily status and key updates to the Shift Leader

Daily Operations:

Assist with packing, order picking, and loading/unloading goodsReplenish raw materials and support Sterile Admin tasksMonitor workflow and resolve delays or issuesEnsure the 5S procedure is followed daily

Team Support & Improvement:

Train and guide new colleagues to ensure proper onboarding and skill developmentProblem-solving and identifying improvements in the processo Communicate with other departments (email/phone)o Keep the supervisor updated on progress and challenges or concerns in the department

Who you are:

Fluent in Dutch and English (spoken & written)Basic computer skills (Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint)Experience with SAP and DSI (experience is a plus)Knowledge of GMP standards and cleanroom guidelinesAble to work independently, take initiative, and solve problemsA team player with leadership potential
