**CEESAT MedTech Finance Manager**

**Position Overview:**
The CEESAT (Central Eastern Europe, South Africa and Turkey) MedTech Finance Controller is a vital role within the finance organization, directly supporting all Business Units (Orthopedics, Cardio, Surgery) into the business. This role will focus on consolidating financial information across the Central Eastern Europe region, providing strategic support to the CEESAT Finance Lead and Business Stakeholders. Responsibilities include driving strategies for growth, enhancing profitability, improving cash flow, and fulfilling financial commitments.
**Key Responsibilities:**
**Financial Consolidation and Strategy Support:**
+ Collaborate with Business Units Controllers and Business Stakeholders to ensure accurate financial consolidations within the CEE region and including South Africa and Turkey
+ Provide strategic insights to the CEESAT Finance Lead and Business Stakeholders for growth-oriented initiatives and profitability enhancement.
+ Support CEESAT functions for clear financial deliverables and strategies for maximizing profitability with an End to End P&L mindset
**Management Reporting and Compliance:**
+ Lead the review of the main variances of management reports for the region, connect with different involved areas, deliver timely submissions to stakeholders
+ Establish and maintain standardization of financial processes and controls across the region, ensuring compliance. Find opportunities of time optimization across different process in the region.
**Collaboration with Cross-functional Teams:**
+ Work closely with Regional FP&A teams, Global Services, Treasury, Tax, and Audits to ensure alignment in financial operations and reporting.
**Qualifications:**
+ Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field with a recognized professional qualification (e.g., CPA, CFA, ACCA).
+ Several years of proven experience in a finance management role, demonstrating the ability to navigate financial operations effectively within a complex environment.
+ Strong interpersonal and networking skills with a keen ability to build relationships across diverse business units and finance functions
+ Exceptional capacity to perform under tight timelines and manage competing priorities with a focus on delivering results.
+ Solid financial acumen, with a results-oriented approach that emphasizes accountability and performance.
+ Great communication skills and proven ability of presenting to leadership
+ Proficiency in English is required; proficiency in local languages is a plus.
