CEE HR Project Delivery Manager

Your role:
Provides a tailor made HR costing  for new opportunities and successfully manage the HR implementation of startup following the designed solution yet staying responsive and adaptive to current/ad hoc Customer needs/changing circumstances. Manages in a full project mode the implementation of HR solution via coordination of all HR departments (Compensation and Benefits, Recruitment Centre incl. Flex Labor, HR Operations and Training&Development). 
What will  we do together?
Taking active part in the RFQ process, preparing a tailor made HR cost calculation, Aligning internally on the adopted approach/RFQ requirements with appropriate stakeholders (BUD or HRD)Identifying any potential risks at RFQ phase and ensuring  they are properly addressed in the prepared costing/proposing solutions and mitigationsProviding any HR input (data, presentation, etc.) for specific RFQ with prior local alignment with HR departments Implement new startups and other HR projectsReporting on the progress of implementation of HR projects, including risks, mitigations, budget impact; Act as HR expert and HR stream representative during commercial meetingsMaintaining design HR Project Delivery processes to ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory and local legal obligations. Applying CI to the process  and regular revision.Maintain quality focus and ownership throughout costing and implementation Who are we looking for?
HR certification/degree and or Supply Chain degree;3-5 years of experience in supervisory / project management roles;Minimum 3 years of experience in various HR-related areas;People management experience;                                                                                             English language – fluent (written and spoken);Capability of deploying HR Project Plans to the site management/project team related to HR Start Up Topics as well as HR Topics linked to low performing sites;Ability   to manage change processes;Ability to manage customer relationship;Project management skills;Can-do attitude, assertive team player, open to challengesDriving licence B cat & willing to travel 40% Intermediate Excel and effective time management is a must
Location: Flexible within CEE countries (CZ, HU, SK, PL)
