NA Technology Program Manager

Chubb is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Program Manager to join our team. The Project Manager will be responsible for assisting in coordinating Risk, Audit and Compliance initiatives, including coordination of audit remediation, security and infrastructure requirements, and more. The successful candidate will work closely with key stakeholders to ensure that our organization remains on track and compliant with critical findings and projects.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with Operations and Technology leaders, IT GRC, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and thorough completion of open audit items, serving as the primary point of contact for audit-related communications and coordination for NA TechnologyPartner with security, infrastructure and application teams to proactively monitor, address and provide timely updates on existing and overdue issues Gather information from key stakeholders to prepare comprehensive reports that summarize the current status, highlight key findings, and outline actionable recommendations and associated action itemsFacilitate meetings and discussions with stakeholders to gather insights and address strategic projects, promoting effective communication and collaborationIdentify opportunities to improve existing processes related to audits, risk management, and compliance initiatives, and develop and document procedural documentation to ensure efficiency and effectivenessAssist in preparing executive-level presentation materials to support strategic decision making and enhance various documents

 

Qualifications for Internal Candidates    

Minimum of 5 - 9 years’ experience in program and/or project management Prior direct experience in technology and risk management within insurance or financial services industryExperience with key risk functions, including but not limited to control testing, measuring inherent and residual risk, risk assessment, regulatory compliance, and incident response, is a plusAbility to work collaboratively and to develop strong, positive working relationships across matrixed organizationAbility to execute on a broad vision as well as specific tasks Strong, confident, and clear verbal communications skills Ability to quickly learn and understand business and technical knowledgeExtreme attention to detail and ability to work independently and own their workStrong organizational, multitasking and prioritization skills Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience
