Camping World and Good Sam is looking for a Call Center Specialist to join our growing team!
The Call Center Specialist provides Good Sam Elite Members with Technical Support when the Elite Member calls the RV Technical Help Line.
Essential Job Functions:
Answer in-coming calls from Good Sam Elite members and assist with questions about RV accessories and how to handle RV disablement situationsConnect Elite Members with RV Repair facilities when necessary for repairs that cannot be corrected over the phoneConnect Elite Members with Roadside Assistance when necessary for RV disablement situationsProvide Elite Members with technical information, diagrams, instructions by text or emailPerform customer follow-up to ensure technical issues(s) are resolvedPerform other miscellaneous duties as assignedEssential Job Skills:
High School diploma or equivalent preferredMinimum 3 years of service technician experience RVIA certification preferredPrevious Call Center Experience is a plusEffective communication skills requiredMust have a customer-focused mentalityBasic Computer skillsGood organizational and follow-up skills requiredGeneral Compensation Disclosure
The pay range for this role considers several factors in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. At Camping World, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the factors stated.
Pay Range:
