Try new things, learn new skills and discover what you excel at—all from Day One. **Job Description** The CDP Practice Lead will be responsible for driving the effective use and expansion of our Customer Data Platform (CDP) within the Audience and Lead Generation team. This individual contributor role will support and collaborate with CDP audience builders across various business division-aligned groups, ensuring best practices, consistent execution and delivering on strategic goals. As a subject matter expert, the CDP Practice Lead will also serve as a liaison to the Marketing Activation teams that work within the bank’s owned marketing channels, Marketing Technology, as well as Technology, Risk, and Analytics departments, representing the needs of the Audience and Lead Generation team. Key Responsibilities: Leading CDP Strategy: Function as a thought leader in technical and functional aspects of customer engagements. • Lead the development and implementation of CDP strategies to optimize audience targeting and campaign execution. • Exhibit strong leadership skills and analytical abilities to motivate change. • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to CDP usage and campaign performance. • Recognized as a valuable and trusted advisor and build a reputation for excellence across business partners. Collaboration: Work closely with Adobe Product Owners, product teams, and marketing to achieve operational growth. • Manage various team meetings and routines to track progress and address any issues related to campaign activities. • Engage with business partners to scale use of CDP campaign activity while working through any roadblocks, needs, and new capabilities. • Partner with the Owned Channels marketing team on campaign and journey optimization to enhance customer engagement and increase performance. • Collaborate with the Marketing Technology team to ensure the CDP platform meets the evolving needs of the Audience and Lead Generation team. Overseeing Operations: Ensure the delivery of high-quality services and drive business development. • Coordinate and support CDP audience builders across different business divisions, ensuring alignment and consistency in processes. • Develop and maintain documentation, including standard operating procedures, training materials, and best practice guides. • Assist with audits and risk control activities. Team Development: Guide the technical competency of the team and create development standards. • Conduct regular training sessions and workshops to upskill team members on CDP functionalities and best practices. • Lead mentorship programs to help scale CDP technical and functional knowledge within the campaign operations team. • Stay up to date with industry trends and advancements in CDP technology to continuously improve the team's capabilities. **Basic Qualifications:** **• Bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent work experience** **• Six to eight years of statistical and/or data analytics experience** Preferred Qualifications and Skills: • 5+ years of relevant experience using Adobe Experience Platform RT-CDP (Real-Time Customer Data Platform). • Strong understanding of CDP functionalities including use of AI/machine-learning models, data integration, audience segmentation, and activation throughout the martech and adtech ecosystem. • Experience with digital audience management including Owned Media, Paid Media, Agencies, Email/Direct Mail audiences. • Experience in the financial services industry. • Proven experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing complex projects. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to train and mentor team members. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail. • Demonstrated ability to influence a group audience, facilitate new solutions and lead discussions such as implementation methodology and creating roadmaps. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. • Strong aptitude toward communicating complex business and technical concepts using visualization and modeling aids. • Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, Mural, and Office 365 solutions • Advanced degree or relevant certifications in marketing, data management, or related fields. **_The role offers a hybrid/flexible schedule, which means there's an in-office expectation of 3 or more days per week and the flexibility to work outside the office location for the other days_** . The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $119,765.00 - $140,900.00 U.S. Bank will consider qualified applicants with arrest or conviction records for employment.
