Description We are looking for a skilled CDL Driver Recruiter to join our team on a contract basis. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying top talent, managing recruitment processes, and ensuring a seamless onboarding experience. This position is based in Alpharetta, Georgia, and offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a dynamic work environment. Responsibilities: • Source and attract candidates using various recruitment tools and methods, including CRM systems and applicant tracking platforms. • Conduct thorough background checks to ensure compliance with company standards and policies. • Manage all aspects of the recruitment process, including posting job ads, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews. • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies. • Ensure smooth onboarding processes for new hires, including providing guidance on benefit functions and company policies. • Maintain accurate records and documentation related to recruitment activities using Microsoft Excel and other tools. • Communicate effectively with candidates, employees, and stakeholders to foster positive relationships. • Utilize data and metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and make necessary adjustments. • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance recruitment efforts. • Preferred experience with 10 Street software Requirements • Proven experience in recruitment, with a strong understanding of applicant tracking systems and CRM tools. • Familiarity with conducting background checks and managing benefit-related functions. • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for organizing and analyzing recruitment data. • Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with candidates and team members. • Strong organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently. • Knowledge of recruitment best practices and industry trends. • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. • Exceptional attention to detail to ensure accuracy in recruitment processes.
