**Descriptif du poste**
We are looking for a **Digital Associate Creative Director** to lead our Digital Design Studio in Paris. You will manage and inspire a team of 12–15 creatives — including Digital Art Directors, AI Art Directors, 3D Designers, UI & Web Designers, and Copywriters — to deliver innovative and performance-driven digital content. Balancing luxury codes with business objectives, you will craft impactful activations across all digital ecosystems, from e-commerce to social media, always pushing the boundaries of what luxury can mean online.
**Responsibilités**
**CREATION**
+ **Creative Leadership** : Inspire, mentor, and guide a multidisciplinary team (12–15 people), fostering both excellence and innovation in digital creativity.
+ **Content Creation** : Oversee the design and production of digital assets for e-business activations, CRM campaigns, e-commerce content, social media, and e-retailer platforms, with a strong focus on AI and 3D innovation.
+ **Innovation & Trends** : Anticipate and integrate emerging creative trends — CGI, FOOH, immersive experiences — into luxury storytelling.
+ **Client Engagement** : Present and sell creative ideas with clarity and impact to high-profile clients, ensuring alignment with their brand vision and business goals.
+ **Strategic Execution** : Translate platform objectives and audience insights into tailored creative solutions that blend desirability with measurable performance.
+ **Methodology & Processes** : Act as a driving force in optimizing creative methodologies and workflows, always striving for the highest levels of **quality and efficiency** .
+ **Digital Expertise** : Ensure excellence and consistency across all digital touchpoints (D2C, e-retailers, social, e-commerce), always with a luxury-first approach.
**COMMERCIAL**
+ Supports the Management and BU Heads in handling the agency’s strategic or high-potential clients. This involvement may be occasional or long-term (acting as a key point of contact for strategic clients/prospects, contributing to client retention and securing creative/experience leads).
+ Designs and facilitates co-creation or ideation workshops for major accounts.Leads Experience Design pitches, from strategic vision to graphic production and client presentations.
+ Oversees, develops, writes, and presents digital recommendations for key RFPs that are critical to the agency or Group, in collaboration with new business teams and relevant strategic sponsors.
**MANAGEMENT**
+ **Global management** – Ability to develop and retain talent, recruit high-potential key profiles (top Product Design and Digital Art Direction talent), manage these individuals, and help teams grow in seniority and autonomy.
+ Oversees the atmosphere and performance of the unit, ensures consistency in skill levels, and organizes knowledge sharing in collaboration with HR and General Management.
+ **Proximity management** –
+ Available and attentive to team members (one-on-one meetings), conducts detailed and demanding annual performance reviews.
+ Identifies and escalates underperformance to define improvement areas and necessary skill development.
+ Supports the Traffic team in finding solutions to optimize digital team workload across the agency.
+ Implements and leads governance structures for the team, including organizing knowledge sharing and trend monitoring.
+ Contributes to all HR-related aspects with the executive team: active participation in recruitment, training and mobility initiatives, and the annual talent review process.
+ Ensures accurate time tracking and reporting of leave, RTT, etc., for their team.
Within the agency
+ Contribute to enriching the agency’s general culture through personal knowledge and research.
+ Create the conditions for effective and caring collaboration between the agency’s various areas of expertise.
+ Continuously improve and streamline our processes by enhancing communication between teams.
+ Contribute to the cross-fertilization of expertise with other team leads and executive management.
**CONTRIBUTION**
+ Demonstrates a commitment to the Publicis network with a view to developing the _Power of One_
+ Expands their network (schools, freelancers, clients, agencies, Group) and shares it for the benefit of the agency
+ Participates in events and represents the agency’s digital expertise in the market. Promotes a vision of design challenges for both brands and users
+ Takes part in school and creative juries
+ Frames and packages projects to create case studies for creative juries or the agency’s portfolio
+ Along with their team, contributes to enriching the agency’s general culture (news, market watch, competitive landscape, behaviors and trends, etc.) and proposes ways to broaden the mindset and creativity of agency staff (workshops, guest speakers, briefs and documents, express training sessions, etc.)
+ Participates in external evangelization (Group + clients / prospects / partners) around the agency’s vision and the challenges of digital marketing transformation
+ Acts as an ambassador for the agency both within the Group and externally
**Qualifications**
+ Proven experience as a Digital Associate Creative Director (or equivalent senior creative leadership role) within a leading agency, ideally in luxury, fashion, or premium lifestyle.
+ Strong creative portfolio showcasing high-impact digital campaigns, AI/3D content, innovative storytelling, engaging and performing digital experiences mainly focusing on e-commerce
+ Excellent presentation and communication skills — able to confidently engage, inspire, and convince senior luxury clients.
+ Fluent in **English** (spoken & written); French is a plus.
+ Strong leadership skills with the ability to cultivate talent and drive collaboration in a fast-paced environment.
+ Passion for digital culture, new technologies, and the evolving landscape of luxury communication.
