Additionally, in 2024 we were awarded the Gallup Exceptional Workplace Award, which recognizes the most engaged workplace cultures in the world._ Rattaché(e) au responsable du laboratoire, vous aurez pour missions principales : **Missions principales :** + Réaliser les essais d’endurance et résistance mécanique des prototypes et d’homologation + Assurer le bon fonctionnement des bancs d’essais + Assurer la réalisation des essais dans le respect du planning élaboré par le responsable laboratoire + Participer à la validation des nouveaux produits + Participer à l’acceptation des échantillons initiaux + Contrôler les produits (dimensionnel avec les outils spécifiques mis à disposition ou avec les machines de contrôles optique + Essayer et analyser les produits concurrents  + Transmettre les résultats au responsable laboratoire pour l’élaboration des rapports d’essais + Analyser les résultats (analyse factuelle et formalisée) + Vérifier ou faire vérifier la conformité des appareils  + Veiller à la surveillance périodique des moyens  + Gérer l'ensemble des ESME (équipement de surveillance, de mesures et d'essais)  + Participer à la préparation des audits externes + Prendre contact avec les fournisseurs pour l’établissement des devis et effectuer les demandes d'achats du laboratoire + Participer, appliquer et faire respecter les règles liées à la qualité et signaler tout dysfonctionnement dans l’enceinte du site pouvant avoir un impact sur cet aspect + Etre force de proposition pour des améliorations au sein de l’entreprise + Participer et/ou animer des groupes de travail + Appliquer les règles de sécurité, qualité et environnement et signaler tout dysfonctionnement dans l’enceinte du site pouvant avoir un impact + Veiller à la satisfaction client (interne et/ou externe) + Participer activement aux démarches d’amélioration continue/Lean Management (6S, TPM etc…) **Durée du contrat :** Mission en CDD (10 mois) **Statut :** Non cadre **We Celebrate Who We Are!** Allegion is committed to building and maintaining a diverse and inclusive workplace.
