Principal Responsibilities

To provide the RM’s/CSE’s advice and guidance to satisfy the Bank’s KYC due diligence policies and procedures during complex client onboardings and ongoing reviewsProblem solving and providing solutions to RM’s/CSE’s to ensure that account openings and ongoing reviews are completed in a timely manner to ensure a positive client experience while protecting the bankProject manage the end-to-end onboardings for UHNW clients, providing a best-in-class client onboarding experienceAssist with policy and procedural implementation and trainings where requiredAssist with process improvements for CLM related projects or projects involving the CLM teamAssists with other tasks as required
