Assume management and thought leadership around strategic ideas and initiatives designed to meet Commercial Credit Delivery strategic objectives, including optimization of the bank’s lending process. Assist the Process Engineering Manager in setting priorities and leading analysts, as assigned.
**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**
Following is a summary of the essential functions for this job. Other duties may be performed, both major and minor, which are not mentioned below. Specific activities may change from time to time.
· Contribute as an integral member of the CCD Process Engineering team, providing effective thought leadership around strategy and prioritization of ideas and initiatives in support of CCB end to end credit process as well as merger activities.
· Effectively partner with CCD Project Management team and Enablement team to ensure effective execution on projects relative to CCB initiatives and strategy.
· Participate fully on various cross LOB work streams to include, but not limited to, integration and merger
· Drive decisioning and escalation for Truist end to end processes and priorities
· Provide leadership and guidance to CCD analyst team in overseeing management of day-to-day prioritization and deliverables for assigned analysts.
· Keep current on trends and developments in lending in general and commercial lending, specifically.
· Provide consulting and SME involvement to other team members and departments related to the Credit Process.

**Required Qualifications:**

· Bachelor’s degree and 5-7 years’ experience in banking/commercial lending or equivalent education and related experience.
· Ability to lead analysts and represent CCD on work streams.
· Demonstrate strong mastery of all computer applications, inclusive of Microsoft Office software products.
· Conceptual ability to analyze problems and devise solutions.
· Facilitation skills to lead teams in problem solving.
· Strong organizational and time management skills.
· Ability and willingness to learn and adapt as needs of the job change.
· Interpersonal skills to allow effective working relationships with others at every level in the organization.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
+ Graduate degree
+ Advanced PC skills (Powerpoint, Visio, Excel)
+ Experience in project management or working on project team
