Specific activities may change from time to time. · Contribute as an integral member of the CCD Process Engineering team, providing effective thought leadership around strategy and prioritization of ideas and initiatives in support of CCB end to end credit process as well as merger activities. · Effectively partner with CCD Project Management team and Enablement team to ensure effective execution on projects relative to CCB initiatives and strategy. · Participate fully on various cross LOB work streams to include, but not limited to, integration and merger · Drive decisioning and escalation for Truist end to end processes and priorities · Provide leadership and guidance to CCD analyst team in overseeing management of day-to-day prioritization and deliverables for assigned analysts. · Keep current on trends and developments in lending in general and commercial lending, specifically. · Provide consulting and SME involvement to other team members and departments related to the Credit Process. **Qualifications** **Required Qualifications:** The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required.
