Together, let's build a brighter, healthier future for all. **About the role:** The CBS Talent Acquisition Administrator is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to all internal and external customers throughout the Talent Acquisition process to ensure a positive experience for everyone involved in the hiring process. The team of TA Admins are responsible for supporting the CBS Talent Acquisition Specialist / Senior Specialist by effectively assisting with the TA process, including but not limited to interview scheduling and logistics, forms and technology maintenance, and referral payout tracking. **What you will do:** + Confirm participant availability and schedule video, teleconference, and in-person interviews with all participants. + Schedule travel for candidate interviews (when necessary). + Send interview schedules, materials and instructions to all participants. + Manage & maintain all process documentation (when applicable). + Create and send offer letters / contracts to the candidates. + Manage candidate status in ATS (SuccessFactors - GRMS) + Referral program validation and / payout tracking. + Confirm start date and initiate onboarding checklist for Hiring Manager. + Initiate pre-employment checks with external vendor(s), monitor pre-hire due diligence timelines, and collect results. + Notify relevant parties in the event of positive outcome or adverse impact for communication (step based on legal requirements per country). + Escalate any issues to appropriate decision makers. + Schedule logistics for external recruiting events. **What do you need for this position:** + Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Psychology, Human Resources or relevant fields. + At least 1 year of experience in HR functions. + Proficiency in English. + Proficiency in Portuguese. + Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. + Experience working with the LATAM/NA market (Preferred) **Our Commitment to Inclusion** Our journey begins with our people—developing strong talent with diverse backgrounds and perspectives to best serve our consumers around the world and fostering an inclusive environment where everyone feels a true sense of belonging.
