MISSION:

Manage blanket purchase agreement administration.Support iSupplier Portal for B2B vendor enrollment.Support PDR automation through blanket purchase agreements.Troubleshoot blanket issues and investigate where items are not working properly.Maintain timely and effective communication with Suppliers in Invoice and PO matters.Ensure processes, standards and best practices are being complied by internal partners and suppliers according to Internal Controls.Support the buyer ensuring Purchase Orders are being created according to agreed terms and contracts.Communicate and identify issues with invoices or/and purchase orders ensuring the Buyer is involved when it affects the strategy of the business.Identify gaps and maintain a mindset of continuous improvement of processes (Michelin Way philosophy).

DAY TO DAY:

BLANKET ADMINISTRATION

Run blanket extracts and provide to buyers for RFPsMove items between blankets as requested by buyers, complete sourcing tasksPerform running sourcingUpdate blanket pricing

BLANKET TROUBLESHOOTING

Resolution off issues with blanket purchase orders, testing if items are functioning properly monthly, or as neededMonitor blanket purchase order data quality, make fixes as neededMonitor performance of blanket RPA

ISUPPLIER PORTAL SUPPORT

Supports and facilitates in the supplier’s enrollment process to Michelin invoicing platforms.Supports troubleshooting of iSP issues

CONTRACTS PILOTAGE

Collaborate with internal customers and suppliers to optimize the use of the contract and operational efficiencyFacilitate relationship with internal partners and suppliersConsolidate claims and solve / ensure solving and closure.

CONTRACT PERFORMANCE

Set up action plans for optimization (curative, corrective, preventive, progress)

DEPLOYEMENT OF STRATEGY, TACTICS AND VALUE CREATION:

Identify opportunities for value creation and progressReview business process opportunities in order to reduce wasted time and effort, implement digital initiatives and automation

RELATIONSHIP WITH INTERNAL/EXTERNAL PARTNERS

Manage key performance metrics of the portfolioFacilitate application of Purchase to Pay process by internal and external partners

QUALITY

Apply Sourcing to Contract and Purchase to Pay processesRespect Purchasing Principles, code of ethics and internal controls

WHAT DO YOU NEED TO SUCCESSFULLY CONTRIBUTE TO OUR PURPOSE?

1 year of experience working in areas related in purchasing.

English C1 is required

Good communication skills, Attention to detail.
