Together, let's build a brighter, healthier future for all. **Job Summary:** Responsible for executing local HR activities bound to legal or regulatory or language requirements in the areas of: Personnel Administration, Learning Logistics, Talent Acquisition Logistics and – as applicable - New Hires Paperwork Pre-boarding, Voluntaries and Involuntaries Terminations, Retirements Process Control and administration of time and attendance. Participation in different Audits, Personal attention and service to employees, Personnel Administration for the maintenance of the master data of the SAP System, the following processes are requested by means of requirements in ColgatePeople. **Main Responsabilities:** + Request for Hire and Rehire of Non S&C personnel. + For the Hire and Rehire of S&C personnel, the information is validated vs the supporting documents, requesting, where appropriate, updating or modification of the information contained. + Request for the Voluntary and Involuntary Termination processes of the Non S&C, as well as the Retirement processes + Validation of the S&C Voluntary Termination processes + Request for S&C Involuntary Termination processes and Retirement processes + Administration and control of Time & Attendance processes (over time, paid and unpaid leaves, sunday premium, absences, etc ) + Administration of different payments and discounts processed in the payroll (payment of birth and death benefits, discount of credentials, discounts of credits Infonavit, Fonacot. + Vacation management + Submission of notices of registration and withdrawal from the IMSS + Calculation of the Termination and Retirement processes complying with the requirements of the law and the internal agreements of the company (Pension Plan and Collective Work Agreement). + All the aforementioned processes are validated before being processed in the payroll, since the correct payments and / or discounts depend on the veracity of the information + Manage local contracts process + Responsible for tracking and maintaining employee records in SAP (address, family members, education, in general personal information of employees) + Responsible for Local Authorities filing / dealing + Execute pre-payroll activities (as applicable) + Administration and control of employees files **Learning Delivery:** + Support the coordination of logistics required for the execution of training sessions including booking hotels / meeting rooms, organizing transportation, ordering catering, preparation of training materials and meeting room setup, and supporting trainers during the training session + Responsible for communicating any security requirements to participants prior/during the session (e.g.: local safety rules) + Escalate logistic issues as needed to the Delivery Support Specialist and Learning Leader + Responsible for post training session activities (e.g. ship or destroy materials) + Responsible for recommending delivery support improvement opportunities to the Delivery Support Specialist + Issuance of certificate of participation (DC3) + Safeguarding the supports of the courses taught, the list of participants and any other documentation required for compliance with the Law and audit reviews **Attention to Personnel:** + Provide employee verification letters + Maintenance of personal information **Experience Requirements** + 1-3 years of experience in HR, Personnel Administration and/or Payroll + BA Bachelor + Advanced English **Desirable competencies:** + Ability to collaborate and partner effectively with business and HR colleagues + Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key internal partners and key external constituents, including vendors + Understanding of the business environment including global and local business strategy and strategy execution + Problem solving skills + Strong verbal and written communication skills + Negotiation skills **Functional Competencies** + Knowledge of HR policies, practices and programs + Skilled in interpersonal, group and organization dynamics **Compensation and Benefits** Salary Range $10.00 - $11.00 USD Pay is determined based on experience, qualifications, and location. Salaried employees may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, profit-sharing, and long-term incentives for Executive-level roles.
