You'll lead and inspire a team that manages collections, deductions, and accounts receivable for major customer segments—including ecommerce, pharmacies, supermarkets, clubs and wholesalers . This role is key to ensuring smooth operations, strong customer relationships, and continuous process improvement. **What you’ll do:** + Coach and supervise analysts to ensure high-quality collections and deduction management. + Monitor performance metrics and present insights to finance leaders. + Take charge of escalated client and deduction cases, collaborating closely with Sales, Customer Service, Logistics, and Finance teams. + Analyze data to find efficiencies and lead projects that boost our processes and systems. + Manage your own portfolio of accounts, handling collections and deductions like a pro! + Champion continuous improvement and help implement best practices across the team. **Why this role matters:** You will oversee a team that manages more than 180 customers and over $160MM in receivables for one of the most important subsidiaries in the world. Your leadership will ensure we maintain industry-leading relationships and that our operations run at their best. **Requirements:** + Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accountant, Auditory, Business administration or related to. + 2–3 years of supervisory experience. + Solid grasp of the Order to Cash process and confident with SAP, Excel, and Google tools. + A track record in customer service and financial analysis. + Strong English communication skills. **_Ready to help us set new standards in credit and collections?
