**Logistic Deduction Analyst**
Join a dynamic team driving efficiency, problem-solving, and innovation at the heart of Colgate-Palmolive’s logistics and credit-to-cash (C2C) operations. As a Logistic Deduction Analyst, you'll play a key role in ensuring financial integrity, driving process improvements, and delivering exceptional service to both internal and external partners.
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ **Deduction Resolution & Analysis** : Monitor, review, and resolve logistics-related deductions (e.g., shortages, vendor compliance) by collaborating across Commercial, Logistics, Customer Alliance, and Credit teams.
+ **Performance & Process Excellence** : Track key metrics; lead month-end reviews; measure outcomes against KPIs; prepare insightful reports and closing materials to drive continuous improvement and avoid bad debt.
+ **Customer Engagement** : Serve as a primary point of contact for customer payment, collections, and deduction exceptions—resolving escalations and ensuring timely receivables.
+ **Reverse Logistics Strategy** : Recommend and implement innovative strategies for managing reverse logistics and deduction management, continuously seeking process optimization.
+ **Cross-functional Collaboration** : Work closely with Credit to Cash (C2C), O2I, CDT, Customer Alliance, and local and global teams to streamline workflows, share best practices, and support business transformation initiatives.
+ **Automation & Innovation** : Champion digital transformation by participating in and supervising the design, development, and maintenance of scripts, RPA/BOTs, and OCR technologies; manage IT projects for process automation.
+ **Training & Change Management** : Support and guide the team in adopting new technologies, processes, and tools, ensuring smooth onboarding and knowledge sharing.
+ **Root Cause & Data Analysis** : Analyze customer logistics, financials, payment terms, and third-party data to drive data-backed decisions and process enhancements.
+ **Continuous Improvement** : Lead by example, engaging in ongoing learning, process mapping, and the implementation of standardization and simplification opportunities.
**What We’re Looking For:**
+ Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Economics, Logistics, Administration, Software Engineering, or Data Analytics
+ 1–3 years’ experience in finance or administrative roles (experience with C2C processes preferred)
+ Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ERP systems (desirable)
+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
+ Analytical mindset, proactive approach, and a passion for teamwork and innovation
